AMS 2000, member of BATM Group, is one of the most reliable, experienced and well known companies in medical laboratory diagnostics distribution in Romania. Recently opened Departments of Analytical Laboratory and Environment recommend AMS as a global provider for any laboratory.
AMS 2000 Trading Impex activity started in 1997 when the Company was established in Bucharest by a team of experienced professionals from Israel and in 2007, AMS 2000 became a member of BATM Group of companies. Since then BATM Group gathered together a strong nucleus of companies in medical field - Celitron (Hungary) specialized in producing steam sterilization equipments, Becor (Moldova Republic) specialized in pharmaceutical products distribution, ISE Logotech (Italy) specialized in production of clinical chemistry equipments and consumables, Adaltis (Italy) specialized in production of immunoassay equipments and reagents.
AMS 2000 Trading Impex HQ, respectively the main office and the warehouse are located in Bucharest. Additionally there are three regional offices, one in the Western part of the country (Timisoara), one in the Central part (Cluj) and the other one in the Eastern part (Iasi). Thus AMS 2000 covers the complete territory of Romania.
AMS 2000 Trading Impex is ISO 9001 certified since January 2005.
The customer base covers all Romania reaching over 2000 clients, and includes all the hospitals, private clinics, research institutes, universities, public health institutions, veterinary laboratories, food and brewery industry companies, pharmaceutical and cosmetics manufacturers. The equipments installed base consists of more than 2100 different equipments.
AMS 2000 is one of the few Romanian Companies eligible to participate in any large national or international tender due to the strong, experienced team and solid financial situation.

The company is organized on 3 main departments: In Vitro Medical Diagnostics, Analytical Laboratory and Environment Solutions.
Our Staff
AMS 2000 has 45 employees.
Our Management team, Product Specialists, Application and Service Specialists and Sales Representatives are highly qualified, permanently trained and with a vast experience in the laboratory field, all holding academic degrees: medical doctors, biologists, chemists and biochemists. The Financial and Administration Department is organized to support all the activity of the company according to the particularities of the market.
