ABOUT US

AMS is one of the leading the clinical laboratory diagnostics market in Romania . The company was founded in 1997. Our main premises, including offices and warehouse, are located in Bucharest , covering a surface of over 2.000 m², out of it 600 m² for the offices.

AMS has already installed more than 300 different laboratory equipments. Our customer database has more than 1200 customers, including hospitals, private clinics, research institutes, public health institutions, veterinary labs, food and pharmaceutical industry companies.

AMS works as a distribution company in Romania and is proudly representing some of the leading manufacturers on the in vitro diagnostic market. Among them Dade Behring, Oxoid, Jouan(Thermo), Tuttnauer, and many more.

Our Staff

AMS has 34 employees. The management team: Sales Manager, Marketing Manager, five Product Managers for different product lines. Our sales force comprises 12 sales agents, who cover the whole territory of Romania, visiting hospitals, public health institution and private laboratories in all the 41 Romanian counties.

Our agents hold academic degrees , medical doctors or biochemists with a good training of medical sales and a vast experience in the laboratory market.

We have organized a strong Technical Department with service engineers and application specialists who give support to all our customers.

The Customer Service Department offers all the necessary support to our customers.

Our company has a strong Logistic Department with personnel who organize all the deliveries in Bucharest and within the country. 80% of our sales are made out of stock and delivered immediately upon request.

The Finance and Administration Department is organized to support all the activity of the company according to the particularities of the market. All the finance of our activity is based on the owners' private money; we do not use any bank or third party resources.
